The Office Group has 38 locations in London. Locations vary but most have similar membership levels. They have coworking, lounge, and office membership levels available. Amenities also vary but could include bike storage, private offices, showers, meeting rooms and event spaces, roof garden, CCTV, focus booths, lounge, kitchen, and more.

 

The coworking and lounge memberships includes exclusive member events, 24/7 access, 25% off Manor gyms, high speed fiber optic WiFi, 15% off meeting room bookings, friendly onsite team, access to rooftops and members’ bars, phone and focus booths, and a kitchen stocked with Caravan coffee. Lounge memberships have access to shared workspace 32 hours a month.

Coworking memberships include full time access to shared workspace in a location of your choice. Office space memberships are for 2 to 400 people. The private office membership level includes 24/7 access to your fully furnished private office. Other perks include members portal, super fast internet, coffee lounge, and more.

Makerversity

This is the perfect space for people who create things. Makerversity builds and runs spaces for professional workers and provides learning programs for young people. Every three months they offer free membership to makers under 25.

This includes access to all workshops, desk space, events, and fabrication facilities. After three months you will get a discounted membership. They offer a buddy mentorship with a long time maker and a chance to present in front of their member businesses and broader networks. They also offer a six month residency to Makers with a Mission. Makers with a Mission are looking to challenge society’s behavior and ideas.

They may be pushing an environmental or social agenda or using disruptive manufacturing processes or technology to transform the way we consume or make. Makers will have access to workshops, machines, studio desk space, business support events and more. Makerversity also has roaming memberships which include sixty hours per month access to all machines and tools, and a hot desk space.

Full time membership includes 24 hour access, access to all tools and machines, and permanent desk space. Amenities at Makerversity include a central London postal address, clean and messy making places, Somerset house and local service discounts, free inductions on equipment, free Autodesk software, weekly members breakfast, supplier discounts, drinks and community socials, kitchen facilities, and free use of three separate meeting rooms.

Makerversity has a range of spaces, workshops, and equipment including an assembly space, wood workshop, sound studio, digital workshop, engineering workshop and textile workshop. Impact Hub London

Impact Hub has two locations in London:  Islington and King’s Cross.

The Islington location membership levels include mini, part time, and unlimited. The mini level offers fifty hours per month access, complimentary tea and coffee, discounted meeting rooms, internal newsletter, Impact Hub passport, and event space booking discount.

The part time level includes the same perks as the mini level but with one hundred hours per month access. The unlimited level has the same perks as the others but also includes unlimited access, registered post box, and a private locker.

The King’s Cross location levels include Hub 30 and Hub 50  which allow 30 hours per month access and 50 hours per month access respectively. There is also a Hub 100 level which allows 100 hours per month access, Americana coffee and tea, and registered address and mail.

The Hub Unlimited level includes unlimited access, Americana coffee and tea, and registered address and mail. The King’s Crossing location offers a variety of business clinics and development programs for their members. 

Work.life

Work.life has seven locations in London. Their Bermondsey location offers hot desks and private offices. The hot desks include seven day a week access, access to any Work.life space, discounted meeting rooms and pricing, and lockers for hire.

The private office membership includes 24/7 access, free printing, fully furnished and branded space, and free meeting rooms. Amenities at the Bermondsey location include a roof terrace, bike racks, private phone booths, showers, fast Wifi, monthly massages, dedicated team, lunch and learns, event space, regular socials, free yoga, weekly breakfasts, and beer and social nights. 

The Camden location has the same membership levels and amenities as the Bermondsey location. They do not have a rooftop terrace, but there are dedicated desks in addition to the hot desks and private offices. Their Clerkenwell office offers the same levels of membership and amenities as the others and is located in the Verizon building. It is surrounded by bountiful brilliant shops, restaurants, and bars.

The Fitzrovia location has the same amenities and levels as the others and offers video conferencing within a beautiful facility with exposed brick offices and high ceilings. The Hammersmith location offers dedicated desks along with the other membership levels and similar amenities. Large windows and plenty of space make this a great coworking area.

The final location, London Fields, offers dedicated desk space along with the hot desk and private office memberships. Beautiful plants and a yoga and wellness studio make this a truly serene spot to cowork. 

Huckletree

Huckletree offers different levels of membership including an unlimited hot desk membership which includes full access to their breakout spaces and hotdesking zone.

Their resident level has a dedicated desk in their open plan workspace with a business mailing address and a monthly allowance of meeting room credits. The studio level includes your own private workspace with space for growing teams of 2 to 50.

Perks at Huckletree include Huckletree rewards, weekly drinks, exclusive events, wellbeing programs, private phone booths, unlimited tea, coffee, and water, their network, and breakout spaces. With five different London locations, Huckletree has the coworking space that works for you. 

SoHo Works

SoHo Works has two London locations with a Central London location coming soon. The membership levels include lounge, desk, and office. The lounge membership is a hot desk. The desk membership is a dedicated desk with lockable storage, and the office membership is a private office space.

The East London location features an outdoor terrace, photography studio, workshop, 3D printer, reading room, library, kitchen, meeting rooms, printers and plotters, phone booths, break out spaces, and an all day cafe and bar. Runway East

Runway East has five locations in London. Their London Bridge location has membership levels including dedicated desks, private offices, and scale up space. The dedicated desk membership includes free access to events and services, free access to meeting rooms, investor office hours, and workshops.

The private office level includes a flexible office space, unlimited caffeine, free meeting rooms, Friday Inflight Drink, and weekly cake. The scale up space level includes almost anything you can imagine. If you want a full scale pitch and putt they can make it happen.

This space is ideal for teams of 30 to 100 people. All of the membership levels include free coffee and tea, communal breakout spaces, and high speed internet. The London Bridge location is two minutes from the London Bridge Station and includes a rooftop terrace and onsite cafe and bar.

The SOHO location offers dedicated desk and private office memberships. It is five minutes from Piccadilly Circus and offers a roof terrace and a podcast studio. The Moorgate location offers unlimited hot desk, dedicated desk, and private office memberships. The hot desk membership includes 24/7 access, free coffee and tea, supportive staff, and fast WiFi. The Moorgate location is three minutes from Moorgate Underground and offers a 120 person event space and a putting green.

The Bristol Bridge location offers dedicated desk, private office, and scale up space memberships. Located eight minutes from Temple Meads Station, this location includes a rooftop terrace and onsite cafe and bar. The newest Runway East location is in Temple Meads. It has, private office, dedicated desk, and scale up space memberships. LABS

Their mission is to help businesses not just work but to grow. LABS has a hot desk membership which includes business advice, WiFi, disabled access, furnished, breakout area, showers, meeting rooms, lifts, 24 hour access, tea and coffee, pets allowed, Aircon, kitchen, cleaning, reception, and bike parking.

They also have a serviced office membership which includes all of the perks of a hot desk and a private office. This level also includes post and package handling, printing and photocopying, 24/7 access, and support staff. There is also an Exclusive membership in which the LABS team will work with you to design an office suite to meet your needs. This level also includes all of the perks of the other membership levels.

The LABS Victoria House location has these amenities: nine floors, 40 meeting rooms, wellbeing center, roof terrace with views across London, cafe and bar, and a hotel style lobby. 

AllBright

Allbright offers a standard membership and an under 27 membership.

The perks of membership include reciprocal access to partner members’ clubs, AllBright Connect, dedicated wellness floor, eclectic program of events, holistic treatment room, in house career coaching, showers, workspaces, meeting rooms, bars with curated wine, spirits, and bespoke cocktails, roof terrace, and restaurants.

The AllBright membership clubs are designed by and for women. They have an AllBright Academy which is a free digital course to help empower women by giving them the tools they need to build their businesses. 

The Ministry

The Ministry offers different levels of membership. The roamer level includes access to the hot desk area from Monday to Friday.

Perks for this membership level include gym with access to PT’s, 3 guest passes for events, bike racks, cafe and bar, event space, vanity area with GHD’s, cinema, printing, dog friendly, sound studio, showers with towel service, terrace, wellness program, luxury toiletries, and super fast WiFi.

They also offer The After 5 membership level for people who want to use the space at night. The gym is not available, but all of the other perks apply to this level of membership.

Evening events include movies, creative workshops, DJs, cabaret, comedy, yoga, cocktail masterclasses, gong baths, legal workshops, and business development masterclasses. 

The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse has three levels of membership.

The Executive level allows you access for five days a month. This level includes priority booking of meeting rooms, use of Clubhouse facilities, access to the Clublounge, invitations to regular member events, complimentary refreshments, printing and scanning, and up to two guests.

The Club Member level allows access for ten days a month. This level includes all the perks of the Executive level. The House Member level allows unlimited visits to the Clubhouse. The perks for this level are the same as the other levels. Additional services for all levels include phone booths, bike racks, showers, lockers, MACs, charging lockers, concierge, printing, and virtual office.

The Clubhouse offers flexible meeting areas, hot desks and coworking spaces, and dedicated desks. There is also a deli with seasonal salads, snacks, and sandwiches. 

Central Working

Central Working’s Bloomsbury location offers drop in, resident, semi private, and private office memberships. Its features include on site cafe and restaurant, hotel, dog friendly, breakout spaces, meeting rooms, shared workspace, private phone booths, kitchen, bean to cup private coffee and tea selection, and 24 hour access.

The Central Working City location offers drop in, resident, and private office memberships. Features of this location include an outdoor terrace, onsite reception, dog friendly, meeting rooms, 24 hour access, private phone booths, showers, shared workspace, WiFi, printing, bean to cup coffee and tea selection, and kitchen facilities. The Paddington office has drop in, resident, and private office memberships.

Features of this location include an onsite cafe and restaurants, 30 person auditorium, dog friendly, bike storage, showers, and more. The Shoreditch location offers drop in, resident, and private office memberships. Features of this location include an outdoor courtyard and BBQ area, dog friendly, kitchen, private phone booths, and more.

The White City location includes drop in, resident, and private office memberships. This location features a large cafeteria style kitchen, meeting rooms, onsite reception, phone booths, and more.

The Victoria location includes drop in, resident, and private office memberships. Some features of the Victoria location include a 70 person auditorium, outdoor courtyard, dog friendly, and private phone booths. 

De Beauvoir Block

The De Beauvoir Block offers two levels of membership.

The Casual level offers access to the cafe, communal areas, private courtyard, and super fast WiFi from 8am-6pm each weekday. The Exclusive membership includes all the benefits of the Casual level plus your own dedicated desk and 24/7 access.

There is a meeting room available for booking, printing, and lockable storage with this level of membership. These are studios and coworking spaces for creatives. 

Oval Space

The Oval Space consists of the Oval Space, the Oval Office, and the Pickle Factory. The Oval Space is one of East London’s most versatile spaces for art, pop-ups, music, and events.

The Oval Office is a creative coworking green space. This location offers private offices with meeting rooms fitted with TVs and sound systems. There is 24/7 access with features such as custom designed desks, weekly cleaning, kitchen, high speed internet, secure lockers, and breakout spaces.
