Erin Grau has spent two decades at the intersection of talent and operations in global organizations and startups, steering companies and people toward the future. She is the co-founder and COO of Charter, a future-of-work media and insights firm backed by Bloomberg and The Financial Times. Before founding Charter, Erin was the Vice President of Transformation and Digital Operations at The New York Times. Erin holds a B.A. in Journalism from NYU, and is a graduating fellow of the Sulzberger Executive Leadership program at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
