With over 30 years of business experience including 10+ years managing M&A Integration, extensive employee and leadership change management, team training, global process standardization, and employee experience analysis, Tiffiney dove into the hybrid space and never looked back. She spent 2 years helping craft Cisco’s hybrid engagement strategy and now manages the employee experience of the distributed teams at Coursera. Tiffiney is especially energized by helping leaders find new ways to engage and inspire their teams by offering practical and easy to follow pathways to excellence. She holds to the motto, “Understanding is the first step” and aids leaders and teams in creating process and engagement models that target their specific needs in simple replicable ways.
